Introduction
Design Thinking is one of most widely known ways today to apply what is traditionally called Human-Centered Innovation (HCI). This type of methodology proposes reversing the chain of creation to start by understanding and empathizing with people who have a need to be solved. Through the 5 stages of the methodology, you will be able to design solutions inspired by what users truly value, involving them throughout the entire process, from researching needs to creating and validating solutions.
