Professional Executive Coach – ICF Accredited Level 2

Introduction

In this program, you will discover how coaching can help you create the conditions necessary to learn and grow, enabling you to unlock your own potential and that of your colleagues.

Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

• Increase self-awareness and continual developing mechanisms.
• Adopt an integrative and evolving methodology.
• Use tools understanding when, how, and why to apply them.
• Practice real coaching processes, giving and receiving feedback.

• Professionals who want to obtain the ICF PCC accreditation, meeting the required learning hours through this program.
• Agents of change in agile environments who want to become professionals in coaching.
• Leaders who want to adopt a participative leadership style and individual and systemic empowerment.

Prerequisites

• It is advisable that participants have some knowledge and prior experience in the application of agile frameworks.
• A personal letter outlining the motivations for joining the program. 
• A prior interview with the Program Accreditation Director.  

Course Materials

Each participant will receive a copy of the course materials prepared by Netmind.

Methodology

Certifications

ICF Level 2 Accreditation: participants can apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the Level 2 application path, provided they meet the program’s accreditation requirements. (Learn more about how to apply for the PCC credential here)

The terms of additional certification services are subject to those established by the license owner or the authorized certification body.

Accreditation

Netmind will manage the issuance of the corresponding accreditations with the certifying institution.

An attendance of more than 75% of synchronous sessions is required.

Course evaluation

Assessment based on group and/or individual activities. The trainer will provide ongoing feedback, at the end of each activity, and individually to each participant.

Course duration

The program involves a total of 125 hours of learning, delivered over 9 months, and it includes the following activities:

• Coaching Training
  • Synchronous learning with ICF-accredited content (online and/or face-to-face) (32 hours).
  • Asynchronous learning: completion of self-study assignments, related readings, and preparation of conversation reports (55 hours).
• Coaching Practices
  • Internal coaching practices (minimum of 6 conversations in class).
  • External coaching practices with clients (4 conversations, 2 processes) (8 hours).
• Monitoring
  • 4 personalized feedback sessions per participant (4 hours).
  • 4 group monitoring sessions (16 hours).
• Mentoring
  • Group mentoring (9 hours).
  • Individual mentoring (3 hours).
