Change Management in Practice

Introduction

The idea of business as usual is a thing of the past. Change is now constant, and organizations must adapt the way they work, think, and innovate in order to continue competing in today’s market. Traditional transformation approaches with large investments and long-term plans are quickly overcome by uncertainty and complexity. We need a plan that can constantly change and adapt.

However, that plan consists of more than organizational change management; we must reshape organizational management to enable rapid adaptation. Properly aligning the people who are affected by the change with the change itself is key to transforming behaviors and ways of working. There are no magic recipes or formulas to address constant change, but it doesn’t have to be a blank piece of paper. Each organization is unique and must find the approach, techniques, and practices that best suit its culture and way of doing things.

Join us to put an approach to Change Management into practice! Break away from the blank sheet of change and apply knowledge on how to promote, lead, and navigate organizational changes under a systemic and pragmatic perspective. Learn to address the key elements that must be taken into account for good change management, regardless of your organization’s size or nature. This practical and gamified course invites participants to experiment with different techniques and tools for each of the topics addressed.
