The composition of teams today is different from what it was 40, 30, or 20 years ago. In this accelerating change, a movement called Management 3.0 is emerging. Thanks to its toolbox, best practices, and tips, managers will be able to understand how these changes affect the way they can manage teams in order to maintain productivity, employee motivation and satisfaction, and group cohesion.
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
Understand the difference between Management 1.0 and Management 3.0 leadership styles and what it means to be an Agile Leader.
Identify a better approach to dealing with complexity and uncertainty as a leader
Actively influencing the six important pillars of organizations
Choose from a toolbox of employee engagement practices to more eloquently handle diverse situations with team members, peers, and your boss.
Increase employee motivation and team collaboration through the use of Management 3.0 mindset and practices
Identify your own areas of leadership development.
Since its inception, Management 3.0 has become a global movement.
Tangible practices are designed to help Team Leaders, Managers, Change Managers, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, HR experts, and managers working in agile environments who want to improve their management skills.
Attendees should have some experience in teamwork. In addition to basic knowledge of the project, product, and/or service management.
Each student will receive a copy of the official Management 3.0 Documentation, as well as an extensive catalog of resources in digital format.
The course has a 100% practical character, where knowledge is acquired based on the experience lived through group work activities, facilitated by the instructor.
By attending this course, students will obtain the Management 3.0 Foundation certification and will receive half of the basic requirements needed to apply for the Management 3.0 Certificate of Practice and/or become a Licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator.
Certificate of Attendance to the JJM 480 course will be issued only to students with an attendance of more than 75% and a Diploma of Achievement if they also pass the evaluation test.
