Introduction

The LEAN Thinking Fundamentals course shows the principles of LEAN THINKING. It gives the main tools for its adoption, both in the student’s organization and personal sphere, and helping other colleagues or clients.

The content of this course is applicable at any scale. It has valuable lessons for both the day-to-day professional and contributes to the success of the business strategy of a large organization.

Objectives

At the end of this course, students will be able to:

  • Understand the basic concepts of LEAN THINKING.
  • Apply the principles through tools to improve their day-to-day operations.
  • Apply the principles through tools to improve their teams and projects.
  • Give advice and do consulting work for other colleagues or teams.
  • Understand the general principles of LEAN THINKING applied to business strategy with a global vision.

The course is aimed at any professional interested in improving their work, primarily consulting professionals or managers who want to develop continuous improvement solutions for their clients or teams.

Course Materials

In order to follow the course, students will receive documentation prepared by Netmind

Methodology

Online or face-to-face, active and participative course. The teacher will introduce the contents using the demonstrative method. The participants will assimilate the knowledge through real application practices and case studies.

Accreditation

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of its duration.
