Systemic coaching fosters open and committed relationships. It is essential at the different stages of a project and its deployment is compatible with all Agile methodologies.

What is systemic coaching?
Systemic coaching understands the company as a system made up of agents who interact with each other and are interconnected, so that every action taken by each member has an impact on the entire system.
This type of coaching helps all members who make up the system’s mechanism to achieve balance.
Systemic team coaching provides quick and simple solutions to complex situations, supporting all members of the system in resolving potential problems or conflicts that arise during work activities.
Objectives
Upon completion of this Systemic Coaching course, participants will be able to:
- Understand systemic thinking and expand their capability for action.
- Activate competencies, meta-competencies, and specific skills for teams in agile environments.
- Apply a methodology and tools that facilitate the emergence of team potential.
Participant Profile
Team members and managers who want to expand their strategies and tools with a systemic perspective that facilitates the construction of organizations open to learning.
Prerequisites
Prior knowledge and experience in coaching and/or the Coaching Fundamentals course for Agile environments is recommended.
Course Materials
Each participant will receive a copy of the course materials prepared by Netmind.
Methodology
Face-to-face, active, and highly participative course. The instructor will introduce the content using a demonstration-based approach, and participants will assimilate the knowledge through real-world application exercises and customized feedback.
Certifications
Assessment based on group and/or individual activities. The trainer will provide ongoing feedback, at the end of each activity, and individually to each participant.
This certificate will count toward obtaining the Diploma in Transformational Leadership.
Accreditation
A Certificate of Attendance for course JJM 493 will only be issued to participants with an attendance above 75%, and a Diploma of Achievement will be awarded if they also pass the assessment test.
