Introduction

Experience has taught us that organizations are Complex Adaptive Systems. Their ability to adapt to change, as well as their speed in responding to evolving customer needs, are key to ensuring their ability to generate value. In this context, the ability of the people who are part of these organizations to share their knowledge and develop a culture oflearning and sharing among peers is becoming increasingly important.  

This course will provide participants with the necessary techniques and knowledge to structure, design, and manage training experiences successfully.

 

 

Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: 

  • Design a training action focused on learning (user-centered), supported by tools provided from other disciplines such as Design Thinking or Gamification. 
  • Design the learning experience. 
  • Plan time (sequence the training). 
  • Work on student motivation. 
  • Foster connections among course participants. 
  • Create connections between the course content and its reality (transfer). 
  • Manage aspects such as verbal/body expression. 
  • Facilitate learning through action. 
  • Create an engaging environment in a training action. 
  • Present content in an appealing and powerful way.

  • Training professionals who want to improve their skills. 
  • Agile coaches who need to strengthen their skills in designing and delivering training actions to transfer knowledge to their teams.

Prerequisites

No specific prior knowledge is required.

 

Course Materials

Each student will receive the material associated with the training to facilitate their learning. 

 

Methodology

Face-to-face, active and highly participative course. The instructor will introduce the content using the demonstrative method, and participantswill assimilate knowledge through real-world application practices and gamification.  

 

Certifications

Assessment based on group and/or individual activities. The trainer will provide ongoing feedback, at the end of each activity, and individually to each participant.  

 

Accreditation

A Certificate of Attendance for course JJM 279 will be issued only to participants with an attendance above 75%, and a Diploma of Achievement will be awarded if they also pass the assessment test.
