Workshop
Design Your Hybrid Work Culture Model
A recent study showed that, coming out of COVID, a majority of American workers would be willing to take a 5% pay cut to be able to work remotely on a permanent basis! Some were also willing to give up their paid vacation time or work longer hours.
Good news! Many organizations are listening and learning from their experiences over the past year and a half to better prepare for the future as a business and as an employer. One solution that many are embracing is that of a hybrid work configuration for their teams, with a portion of team members working in the office and another working from home. Unfortunately, many experts agree that compared to teams who are 100% co-located or 100% remote, defining a work model for hybrid teams can be the most difficult style of all.
In this workshop, Kathy will teach you how to go from a reactive to a proactive response in creating a hybrid work culture. In addition, you will learn what perspectives to consider when designing a hybrid work culture and what steps need to be taken to drive the best hybrid work model for your organization.
