AgileBA is a new guide developed by APMG and the Agile Business Consortium, designed to guide business analysts working in agile environments. More and more organizations are taking agile approaches, and in them, the role of Business Analyst is critical. Analysts must therefore possess the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to successfully develop this function.
This course presents a complete set of guidance, framework, and practices for obtaining, analyzing, validating, and managing requirements throughout an Agile project.
At the end of the third day, students will be able to take the AgileBA Foundation exam, and at the end of the fourth day, able to obtain the AgileBA Practitioner certification.
At the end of this course students will be able to:
People who are currently working in Agile environments, or plan to do so in the future, including business analysts, product owners, business representatives, project managers, technical team, testers, among others.
There are no prerequisites to attend this course. However, those wishing to take the Practitioner level exam must pass the Foundation level exam given at the end of day 3 of this class before continuing on.
Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind and a copy of the Agile Business Analysis Handbook.
Engaging and interactive face-to-face course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.
At the end of the course, students will have the option of taking the AgileBA Foundation certification exam. Those who pass will be certified by APMG as holding the AgileBA Foundation certification and can go on to achieve their AgileBA Practitioner certification. At the end of Day 5, students will sit for the APMG AgileBA Practitioner exam. Those who pass will be certified by APMG as holding the AgileBA Practitioner certification.

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
