Introduction

The objective of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to properly implement and apply correct quality management in IT projects.

Objectives

At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Understand the concept of quality
  • Understand what quality represents in IT
  • Appreciate the importance of quality in processes
  • Distinguish the four quality levels in a project: good, correct, useful, and valid
  • Know the advantages of implementing a correct quality strategy in IT projects

Student Profile

IT Directors, Directors of Technology Departments, Heads of Software Development or Technological Projects, Project Directors, and, in general, anyone who actively participates in the IT project management.

Prerequisites

We recommend students have experience in managing IT projects to attend this course.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.

Methodology

Engaging and interactive face-to-face course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.

Certification

There isn’t an official certification associated with this course. However, students will earn 7 credit hours for their attendance.

Accreditation

A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
