Courses for Agile Coaches

The Agile Coach is a coach, facilitator, mentor, and teacher for an agile team or organization. The ICF definition of coaching is: “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

The Agile Coach helps solve problems and resolve conflict. The Agile Coach can work at many levels: individual level, team level, program level, and/or enterprise level. Those in an Agile Coach role have four core competencies: setting the foundation, communicating effectively, co-creating relationships, and facilitating learning and results.

Agile Coaches provide the essential support needed by people and teams going through an Agile transformation by considering all team internal and external factors to solve issues and conflicts for the Tribe a whole. Depending on the maturity level of the teams, Agile Coaches can be shared by different Tribes.
