Courses for Agile Coaches

The Agile Coach is a change agent who performs several roles: coach, facilitator, teacher, and mentor for an agile team or organization. The International Coaching Federation (ICF)’s definition of coaching is, “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” This definition describes a relational framework that is grounded in key competencies and facilitates highly effective, transformational learning.

The Agile Coach can work at many levels: individual, team, program, and/or enterprise. No matter the level, Agile Coaches help solve problems, resolve conflict, and are key actors for an agile transformation with a systemic and sustainable vision.
