Ana has more than 25 years of experience in product/project management and business development in multinational companies across the globe; she has worked as business consultant as well as a trainer in different countries and companies (mainly in Telecom and Bank companies).
She has worked in Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Netherland, USA, Mexico, Panama, Indonesia, Egypt, Sudan, China, India, Lebanon, Bangladesh, Czech Republic, Germany, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Iran, Israel, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, UK to train and help different kinds of teams in areas related to Agile, Scaled Agile, Project Management, Business Analysis, and Human Skills.
She’s comfortable in addressing difficult challenges and cultural diversity. One of her roles is to foster a culture of teamwork and improve the human aspect in the companies she works with.
Ana is a Telecommunication Engineer and has an Executive Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.
