Introduction

We are in a context of general change, where changes are becoming increasingly profound and occurring more rapidly: technological changes that, in turn, produce business models, relational, energetic, and social changes. Organizations must learn to manage the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity of their environment (known as the “VUCA world”).

In this course, participants will learn how to use an Agile approach to manage organizational change. The course is designed to build the capability to effectively support any organizational change or transformation initiative.

It will equip participants with proven techniques to ensure the adoption of change and the delivery of benefits to the organization.

It is a highly practical course focused on activities, exercises, and practical recommendations.
