The LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) Method is a technique to facilitate reflection, communication, and problem solving that can be used by organizations, work teams, and really anyone in general. At the organizational level, LEGO® Serious Play® is useful to encourage involvement and participation in the decision-making process. It can be specifically helpful for complex context in which a decision requires commitment and adaptability from the affected parties.
LEGO® Serious Play® is organized into a central process and includes seven application techniques, all of which have a goal of “100-100” (100% of the people participate 100% of the time). Through this structure, the facilitator gradually increases the level of difficulty so that participants stay within the “flow” to achieve the objectives pursued.

This workshop uses LEGO® Serious Play® techniques to help organizations understand and embrace changes that require their people to identify shared goals and action plans to not only overcome but promote the changes at hand. During the session, the facilitator (we have 4!) leads participants through series of questions and scenarios that build on each other to expose obstacles and solve complex problems. Each participant builds their own LEGO 3D model in response to the facilitator’s questions using specially selected LEGO elements. These 3D models serve as the basis for group discussion, knowledge sharing, problem solving, and decision making.
This workshop has been designed for people with different responsibilities in the context of change in an organization.
