Student profile

This course is suitable for anyone who needs a greater understanding of the principles on which PRINCE2® is based, its process model and its themes. Also, for those who wish to obtain the official PRINCE2® Foundation certification.

Essential for those with extensive knowledge and even experience in project management but are unaware of a proper methodology that explains the crucial fundamentals of project management.

It is also essential as the first step for those who want to introduce themselves to project management, starting with the basics of project management. Clarifying this basic knowledge helps and simplifies the acquisition of other and new project management knowledge.

When starting a significant project, some organizations conduct a PRINCE2® course that involves the entire project management team, i.e., the client and supplier roles involved in the project’s management. It is a simple and effective way to ensure the success of the project.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this certification.

Documentation

Each participant will receive a copy of the documentation created by Netmind and a copy of the official PRINCE2® Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® manual from AXELOS, both in English.

Certification

At the end of the course, if the course is taken in OpenClass mode, students will receive a voucher for taking the online exam. In face-to-face classes, the exam is taken on the last day of the course, on paper.

As of November 1, 2019, the authorized certifying entity (AXELOS) establishes a mandatory requirement to take the exam associated with this training.

The conditions of the additional Certification services are subject to the terms of the license owner or the authorized certifying agent.

24PDU’s from the Project Management Institute (PMI)®  are awarded for attending this course.

PMI is a registered trademark of the Project Management Institute®, Inc.
