Student Comments

Awesome instructor and kept us very engaged!

Jacqueline was extremely helpful, and a very pleasant and prepared mentor. She fit right in with our group, let us lead some of the conversation and direction where we felt we needed it, and yet stayed on track with the training.

Jacqueline Sanders continues to be one of the best instructors that I have ever had. She is proficient, knowledgeable, takes the time to make sure we understand the material, and makes the class fun and interactive.

Jacqueline is an awesome instructor. She was VERY clear and extremely efficient. The training was phenomenal–she did a great job! She is truly a Subject Matter Expert.

Jacqueline’s teaching skills and soft skills were “top notch”. I was not only able to learn techniques from the manual, but facilitator skills from her!

Jacqueline did a great job! She’s truly a Subject Matter Expert, and her real world experience and examples brought great insight and perspective to the class. She also did a great job with class management – letting us discuss our current work situations while still ensuring that we had covered the material. Nicely done!

Jacqueline was fantastic! I’ve gone through trainings before where the instructor seems a bit detached because they are not actively participating in projects, but rather teaching full time. Jacqueline had TONS of relevant experience and examples to share, which was really refreshing and helpful. She was flexible with the curriculum, encouraged questions and had a great upbeat attitude the whole time. One of the best instructors I’ve had!

I was very impressed with Jacqueline’s extensive knowledge and experience in agile. She brought to life the material and kept everyone engaged throughout the entire course.

Jacqueline was an awesome instructor and not only presented the information in a way that was understandable but she demonstrated that she knew and understood the application of the concepts she was teaching us. Great job!

Jacqueline is awesome! She is passionate and knowledgeable about the material. She presents in a very energetic and effective manner.

I thought the instructor was extremely efficient. Her work experience was beneficial in providing real live examples during the training. She actively involved all members of the class and allowed us to user our own examples which solidified the training material to our real world.

This training was phenomenal. I learned so much and I am excited to start applying my training. The trainer was exceptional. She was very prepared, could answer any question, could give us tangible information and was interesting to learn from. She was an awesome person to learn from. I would highly recommend her to others. B2T is very lucky to have such a resource.

Jacqueline’s business analysis and Agile expertise made this class very beneficial. She was able to address real issues and provide solutions. She was able to help us talk through pain points and find the root cause of issues. I was very impressed with her ability to address issues while teaching the material.

I thought Jacqueline did a great job. She was able to take our business material and help us break it down with no apparent knowledge of our system or business cases that we were trying to solve for. She was good at eliciting feedback from the team and driving discussions!

Jacqueline is amazing and did an outstanding job addressing real world issues. I appreciate the extra time she spent helping me identify how to build quality into the teams mindset. I think that this class is a great overview to agile and helped us level set since so many agile teams work differently.

I have attended many training seminars over the years and feel that Jacqueline was one of the best instructors I’ve ever had in terms of covering the material and providing concrete examples and positive feedback.

Jacqueline is clear, stays on course and is respectful of our time. She clearly has a firm grasp on business analysis knowledge and fosters a good learning environment.

Jacqueline was an awesome instructor. She fully appreciated the different levels of exposure each of the students had to agile. She also did an excellent job of addressing individual questions, but kept the class on track. I really liked that she asked each student to identify two questions or learning goals for the day…and she made the point to address each question or follow-up via email on the questions that weren’t answered during training.
