Reservations of places for courses.
Some websites allow reservations of places for courses, so NETMIND will use the contact information provided to make the requested reservation and communicate with the applicants to confirm the realization of the courses.

Registration for using the chat service.
NETMIND requires prior registration to identify users who use the chat service embedded in some of the websites.

How long does NETMIND keep the data?
As a rule, data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were requested and determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and from the processing of these data.
Among others, implies that NETMIND will keep the personal data of the data subjects for the duration of their connection with us and, where appropriate, during the period that is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of potential claims, or for comply with the legal obligations determined by the applicable legislation.
Once this period is expired, NETMIND undertakes to cease the processing of all personal data, destroy, block them, or pseudonymize them as far as possible for the purpose for which they were kept.
In the case of the data of the candidates who send us their applications to the selection processes published in the SmartRecruiters platform, the data remains at the disposal of NETMIND if the candidate does not voluntarily unsubscribe from said platform.
Who does NETMIND communicate your data to?
Your personal data is not transferred to third parties, unless doing so is necessary to respond to your request, we are required by law, or the data subject has given us their consent.
We may also communicate data to companies that provide us services which are necessary for the ordinary and administrative activity of the company as processors, within the framework of the provision of services such as, but not limited to, providers of email services, web service hosting, server hosting, SaaS application services, cloud file archiving and others.

B2T Training, LLC operates in the United States
B2T Training LLC, the NETMIND group company based in the United States, has servers and offices in the United States, so that personal data under the responsibility of its customers in the EU and Switzerland may be transferred, stored, or processed in the United States.

Are browser “DO NOT TRACK” (DNT) signals considered?

In the case of representation, you must prove by means of a written document and attaching a copy of the DNI or equivalent document that proves your representation.
