Courses for Product Managers

The Product Manager owns the product backlog (or program backlog in SAFe). They are a product expert who owns the vision, direction, and roadmap for the product, including releases. The Project Manager is responsible for understanding the return on investment of the product by representing the true voice of the customer.

The Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the business value delivered by the program and for the success of the product.

Project Manager responsibilities include defining epics and features for the product, talking to and empathizing with the customer, championing the product vision, keeping the product backlog prioritized and managing changes, performing market and user research, answering questions, and ensuring the team developing the products or services is supported.

The following courses are a just a sub-set of our full catalog; we recommend these courses specifically for someone looking to develop their expertise as a Product Manager. We can assist in identifying which is right for you or your team. We are happy to help!
