Introduction
The goal of the Flight Level 3 Design workshop is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to design a strategic-level work management system.
Objectives
In this training, students will be able to turn strategy into action by defining effective benefits and managing them in a context filled with dependencies.

- We’ll also show you how to measure the progress of your strategic work and establish continuous improvement loops to stay agile in the market.
- Through board patterns and use cases, you’ll see how other companies successfully implement their strategies with a Flight Level 3 system.
- Build on what’s already working well in your company and map your existing strategy tools to Flight Levels to reach your business goals faster and more efficiently.
- We’ll teach you how to establish effective meetings where important topics are discussed concisely, and decisions are made efficiently.

Student Profile
This workshop is targeted to C-Level, Portfolio Managers, Middle & Senior Managers, Product Managers, Service Managers, Change Agents, Tribe Leaders, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and anyone with responsibilities in portfolio management and strategy execution coordination.
Pre-requisites
Attendees should have some experience in managing the work of people and teams.
In addition, attendees should have completed the online Introduction to Flight Levels (FLIN) course. The FLIN course covers the fundamental elements of Flight Levels and is required to be taken prior to attending FL3D training.
As an exclusive offer for this edition of the Flight Levels 3 Design training, the license for the FLIN course is included in the price.
Documentation
Each student will receive a copy of the Documentation produced by Netmind and the Flight Levels Academy.
Additionally, each participant will be given a copy of the book ‘Rethinking Agile: Why Agile Teams Have Nothing to Do with Business Agility‘ written by Dr. Klaus Leopold.
Methodology
Active and participative course, in which practical examples proposed by the trainees themselves will be worked on.

This schedule includes 1 hour of group work between sessions from 18:00 to 19:00 CET
Certifications
The FL3D Flight Levels 3 Design certificate, issued by the Flight Levels Academy, will be awarded for attending this training.
Accreditation
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to students with attendance exceeding 75%, and a Certificate of Achievement will be awarded if they also pass the assessment test.
