The objective of the Adaptative Organization Design course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design organizations capable of adapting quickly, modifying their organizational structure and workflows to respond to new challenges caused by market changes, emerging technologies, or new economic scenarios.

This course is aimed at Strategic consultants, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, team managers, HR and talent management professionals, managers, and in general any professional whose responsibilities require them to make decisions about organizational structures, strategies, ways of working and governance models.
Those attending the course should have experience in the organizational design of teams, departments, business units or companies.
The trainers are experienced in organizational design, have strong communication and facilitation skills, and have successfully passed the accreditation process as ICP-ORG Trainer, supervised, and authorized by the international consortium ICAgile.
Each student will receive a copy of the Documentation workbook prepared by Netmind.
OpenClass® or face-to-face course, in both cases, the methodology is active and participative. The teacher will introduce the contents using the demonstrative method. The participants will assimilate the knowledge through actual practices.

The evaluation will be continuous based on the activities performed in groups and/or individually. The trainer will provide ongoing feedback at the end of the activities.
Attendees will be awarded 16 Project Management Institute PDUs.
The conditions for additional Certification services are subject to the terms of the license holder or authorized certifying organization.
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued only to students with an attendance of more than 75% and a Diploma of Achievement if they also pass the evaluation test.
