Change Management Week

Everyday this week!

Flight Levels Academy

Establishes connections between strategy and operational agility.

Get certified in Flight Levels

Flight Levels is a model with a systemic approach that helps us detect which part of the organization is necessary to act to achieve a substantial improvement with the least possible structural change.

To answer this question, we must map the organization’s work systems, along with their interdependencies, as well as, the work managed by each work system and the path the work follows to produce value.

The 3 levels of workflow

Agile teams have nothing to do with Enterprise Agility. From a systemic point of view, we need to focus on team interactions to:

  • Understand and manage your own workflow and across teams.
  • Maintain shared focus on delivering the business strategy.
  • Connect strategy to the reality of operational work.
