Miquel Rodríguez to participate in Scrum Day Colombia

The fourth edition of the reference conference on agility in Colombia – Scrum Day Colombia 2023, is returning on March 24 and 25 in the city of Medellin (positioned as the Silicon Valley of South America) with the best agile exponents in Latin America and top-level guests.

Trainers, speakers and professionals will share their experiences in the adoption of agility, will present the challenges and learnings from real cases in different organizations. 

Among the participants of this edition, our colleague Miquel Rodríguez, Consulting Director at Netmind will be presenting his talk Improving our business agility with Flight Levels.

The conference will identify the necessary value streams to improve the understanding of the organization in a systemic way, achieving structural improvement and business agility.
