Introduction to Collaboration Superpowers Certifications

Collaboration Superpowers is an initiative that promotes remote, collaborative work and its proper application within organizations. The idea was born in 2004 as the result of a common desire: to get out of the office and discover how to make teleworking a lifestyle. It started as a project to gather information from organizations who were successfully using remote work as their standard and sharing what they learned on their social networks.

As time went by, their community began to have more and more questions. To give the best possible answers, Collaboration Superpowers developed a suite of downloadable products, workshops, a book, podcasts, interviews, and other resources. You can check all this out on their website!

While Collaboration Superpowers has been working to promote telecommuting for years, it wasn’t until the COVID-19 pandemic that organizations began to recognize the need for embracing a remote first culture. Faced with this paradigm of forced change, teams worldwide encountered a multitude of challenges created by their new virtual environments: multiple communication channels, virtual distance, adoption of new tools… just to name a few.

Hybrid Work Culture

Discover how to establish a hybrid work culture that supports a productive and collaborative environment and strengthens employee satisfaction.

Anyone who wants to learn to develop people, teams, and organizational structures that are optimal for a hybrid work environment

There are no prerequisites to attend the course.

This course is certified by Collaboration Superpowers and accredits students with attendance of the Hybrid Team Collaboration workshop.

There is no associated exam.

Leading Virtual Teams

Identify and constructively solve the challenges of leading distributed teams to achieve a cohesive, productive, and trustworthy team relationship.

Anyone in a leadership position, including Directors, Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers, Team Leaders, HR Managers, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Developers, or anyone else who wishes to develop people, teams, and organizational structures in a way that optimizes their ability to work remotely

There are no prerequisites to attend the course. 

This course is certified by Collaboration Superpowers and accredits students with attendance of the Design & Deliver Great Online Events workshop.

There is no associated exam.

Working in Virtual Teams

Learn the knowledge and skills necessary to start working in or to take the first steps in virtual environments within two configurations: all remote or a mix of remote/co-located team members.

Any professional working virtually or working with virtual team members

There are no prerequisites to attend the course.

This course is certified by Collaboration Superpowers and accredits students with attendance of the Work Together Anywhere workshop.

There is no associated exam.

Faciltiation for Distributed Agile Teams

Learn and reinforce usage of concepts and practices for facilitation in a virtual agile environment through various techniques, tools, and applied values.

Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), consultants, facilitators, or anyone in general who facilitates Agile sessions remotely

There are no prerequisites to attend the course.

This course is certified by Collaboration Superpowers and accredits students with attendance of the SAVVY Virtual Facilitator – Design and Run Engaging Online Events workshop.

There is no associated exam.
