The objective of this course is to provide students with skills and coaching tools to help develop people. The practice of coaching is often associated with facilitating a productive Agile transformation but good coaching can be used to develop and change the behavior of any group, department, or team of people.


At the end of this course students will be able to:

  • Establish relationships based on comprehensive listening
  • Encourage learning and empowerment
  • Manage a methodology and tools to help develop people
  • Mobilize towards action

Student Profile

This course is designed for any person interested in advancing their coaching competence and developing a skill set and toolbox that facilitates collaborative relationships.


There are no prerequisites to attend this course.

Course Materials

Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.


Engaging and interactive course. Our instructors teach all course materials using the demonstrative method; the participants learn new concepts through exercises and real application practices.


There is no official certification issued for attending this class. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.


A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
