Design Thinking is one of the most well-known methods of applying Human-Centered Innovation (or HCI). Human-centered innovation proposes to reverse the chain of creation and start by first understanding and empathizing with the people whose problem you are trying to solve with your product or service. Then, designing the solution. By utilizing the 5 stages of the Design Thinking methodology and placing users at the center of the product development journey, all the way from researching needs to creating and validating solutions, you will be able to develop solutions that are inspired by what your users truly value and want to buy.

This course is designed for Business Consultants, IT Directors, Technology Department Directors, Technology Project Managers, Project Managers, Project Analysts, those who are responsible for projects, or anyone who is responsible for bringing valuable ideas into the design of new processes, products, and solutions.
There are no prerequisites to attend this course.
Each student will receive a copy of the course documentation prepared by Netmind.

There is no official certification issued for attending this class. However, students will earn 14 credit hours for their attendance.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to students who attend the course for at least 75% of the duration.
