Ever been assigned to a project and not sure where to start? Don’t worry, you are not alone. Our experts and other business analysts have been in that position too. One key is not to assume anything. As part of a crowd sourcing activity at the BBC Conference a couple of years ago, we asked BA experts and practitioners to share their go-to questions to ask when starting a project. We compiled their answers to create this Quick Tip. You’ll notice many of the questions listed are all about understanding the problem/opportunity and what success looks like.
